Delivery Information
At Cookie Dept, all products are baked fresh to order and dispatched from our kitchen.
Cookie Dept is an independent cookie brand operated by Mooies Couture Cake House and provides delivery-focused ordering through its own website.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after they are placed.
Orders placed before 6PM are processed for the next working day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day.
We operate Monday to Saturday.
We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or bank holidays.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
FED EX TRACKED NEXT DAY £4.99
Orders will be dispatched between Mon – Fri for next day delivery
DPD SATURDAY £9.99
DPD Saturday delivery. If a weekend delivery is required, then orders must be placed by 4 pm the Thursday before the delivery date for us to be able to book a weekend service.

DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries are typically made before 6PM, but exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
COURIER RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by a third-party courier.
We are not responsible for:
courier delays
missed delivery windows
failed delivery attempts
However, we will assist where possible if issues arise.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
PERISHABLE GOODS
All Cookie Dept products are perishable and baked fresh.
We recommend being available to receive your delivery to ensure product quality.
