WHEN DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS?
All orders are baked fresh in small batches and dispatched from our kitchen on scheduled dispatch days.
We don’t hold stock — everything is made to order.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIMEFRAME?
We aim for next working day delivery after dispatch.

Once your order leaves us with a third-party courier, delivery times are not guaranteed and are outside of our control.
WHAT IS YOUR ORDER CUT-OFF TIME?
Orders must be placed before 6 PM to be processed for the next dispatch day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day.
DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS?
We do not dispatch or deliver on:
Sundays
Bank holidays
Orders around these dates may take slightly longer.
WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Deliveries are typically made before 6PM, however exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?
Yes — we offer local delivery in selected Essex and London areas.
Availability and pricing will be shown at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
Yes — free delivery is available on orders over £35.
ARE YOUR COOKIES FRESH?
Always.
All Cookie Dept products are:

made in small batches
never mass produced
That’s why they hit different.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Best enjoyed within:
👉 2–3 days for peak freshness
(If they last that long 👀)
CAN I REHEAT THEM?
Yes.
Pop them in the microwave for 10–15 seconds for that fresh, gooey texture.
