Cookie Dept is an independent cookie brand specialising in New York style cookies, baked fresh in small batches.
We're operated by Mooies Couture Cake House, but run as our own standalone brand — our own recipes, our own pricing, our own customer experience.
Cookie Dept started with one simple idea: cookies should actually taste like something.
Not factory-made. Not dry. Not forgettable.
We took everything we learned from Mooies Couture Cake House — precision, quality ingredients, proper baking — and stripped it back to something simpler, but just as premium.
Cookies. But not just any cookies. The kind you think about after you've finished them. The kind you come back for.
