All our cookies are baked fresh to order, so please allow time for baking before dispatch. Once ready, your order is packed securely and shipped to arrive fresh.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £9.99 (choose this if you need your cookies to arrive on a specific Saturday)
- Free standard delivery on all orders over £25
We deliver across the UK. Most orders arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
Returns
As our cookies are baked fresh to order, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. If something isn't right with your order — damaged in transit, missing items, or a quality issue — get in touch at hello@cookiedept.com and we'll sort it.
